Avant car has, in its more than 20 years of operation, become one of the leading regional providers of mobility services, including the Avant2Go 100% electric car-sharing, fleet management, and short term rentals. It currently operates in the markets of Slovenia, Croatia, North Macedonia, and Austria with a fleet of more than 1,000 electric vehicles and over 2,500 ICE/hybrid vehicles.
Part of company’s mission is also the development and enabling of clean, accessible, and connected urban mobility, through which the company contributes to addressing the environmental challenges of modern and developing cities.
Founded in 2003, Avant car began as a car rental company, soon added a unique fleet management service, established its own R&D department, embraced electric mobility already in 2012, and launched its first fully electric car sharing service in Ljubljana in 2016. In recent years, Avant car has become one of the fastest growing mobility services providers in the region with more than 50.000 B2C, B2B and B2G clients from over 100 countries. Car sharing remains a key focus, with Avant Car developing and extending its mobility-as-a-service platform.
