EVOM (Litzor DOO) is Montenegro’s first electric vehicle brand, founded in 2025 and based in Budva. The project is being developed in partnership with Tehnopolis Nikšić, Montenegro’s leading science and technology park. Currently in the concept and early engineering phase, EVOM is creating a modular electric platform that starts with a compact city car designed for narrow streets, coastal towns and dense urban environments. The same base is engineered to host multiple body styles, including a closed city car, a micro-cargo variant and a low-speed shuttle for hotels, resorts and campuses. The team operates from Montenegro with 14 R&D-focused staff, working with prototyping labs, engineering studios and component suppliers across Europe. Main markets are Montenegro, Slovenia and the wider EU. Target customers are municipalities, hospitality operators and shared mobility and fleet operators seeking a compact, efficient and locally produced urban EV solution.
