Around the globe, baier & michels with its 500 employees offers smart fastener technology for industrial applications. The portfolio includes cold-formed parts such as direct screwdriving systems and fasteners with additional functions, but also closing and sealing elements. All products and processes are created at the site in Ober-Ramstadt, Germany – from the initial idea to series production. In addition, b&m delivers a smart alternative to turned part manufacturing: the chipless process b&m- ECCO TEC® (Ecological Coldforming Technology), recognized among others with the German Sustainability Award, produces precision parts with long shafts and complex profiles – up to 10 times faster, more resource‑efficient, and net‑shape. The company has been part of the Würth Group since 1973.
