GREen MObility; Developing solutions for lightweight construction of electric vehicles of the future
The consortium partners of the LIGHTWEIGHT investment (Adria Mobil, Alpineon, BEJA, C3M, CAP, DIFA, Elaphe, Hidria, Impol 2000, LTH Castings, NIKO, Podkrižnik, REVOZ, Talum, TPV Automotive, Unior and VIP Virant) are taking a comprehensive approach to the development of products and services, new technological solutions, upgrading existing knowledge and developing new competencies in reducing the weight of electric and electrified road vehicles.
The goal of the investment is to upgrade existing and develop new knowledge through the development of individual solutions and based on mutual cooperation, both regarding individual components, their integration into a comprehensive system and the development of manufacturing technologies, and the validation and testing of individual components.
The investment, worth more than EUR 32 million, is an integral part of the GREMO mission and is co-financed by the Ministry of the Economy, Tourism and Sport, with the rest contributed by the consortium partners.
