The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia awarded prizes for the best innovators in the country during the traditional Day of Innovation at Brdo pri Kranju. Among the recipients were also 14 companies, members of SRIP ACS+, which every year prove that their breakthrough solutions are some of the most important generators of development for our country and its international recognition.
Among the recipients of this year’s national awards for innovation, the highest recognition in this field in Slovenia, our members received 3 gold, 8 silver, and 3 bronze awards. This means they collected a quarter of all the awarded prizes for the best innovations in the country.

The automotive industry in Slovenia generates approximately 10% of gross domestic product and nearly 25% of Slovenian exports (source: SPIRIT Slovenia). All members of SRIP ACS+, including all areas of mobility, contribute more than 17% to Slovenia’s GDP. Our members generate more than €8 billion in annual revenue, with most of them operating as Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers to global vehicle manufacturers. Each year, SRIP ACS+ members receive more than 25% of all innovation awards from the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the automotive industry.
