GREen MObility; BATery MANufacturing
The consortium partners of the BATMAN investment (Beja, Biotera, Domel, Emsiso, Flux Performance, Hidria, Iskra Mehanizmi, Kolektor ATP, Kolektor Mobility, Lotrič Meroslovje, Marsi Group, Nela, TAB and Unior) are taking a comprehensive approach to the development of products and services, new technological solutions, upgrading existing knowledge and developing new competencies in battery systems and battery energy storage systems for the electric and electrified vehicle market.
The goal of the partnership is to increase the competencies of each individual partner and to significantly upgrade the entire treasury of knowledge at the national level through the joint development of new solutions, networking and knowledge exchange. An important element of the investment is addressing issues related to the principles of the circular economy by using elements of LCA analysis and developing models for recycling individual components and dismantling entire battery systems.
The investment, worth more than EUR 30 million, is an integral part of the GREMO mission and is co-financed by the Ministry of the Economy, Tourism and Sport, with the rest contributed by the consortium partners.
